Encore E-bis is a combined Accounting and Stock Control package from Anagram Systems designed to run under the Microsoft® Windows® operating system.
Encore E-bis provides a fully integrated sales, purchase and nominal ledger, with product file, and (depending on version) stock control, sales and purchase ordering and full sales history.
The system maintains a log of every transaction for auditing purposes. Each transaction is assigned a unique number, and the details held on file indefinitely. There are also a powerful security features, to protect the system from unauthorised access.
