Many thanks for your letter of 9 February.
As you know, we have been using Encore since 1995 and we have found it to be one of the most flexible accounting software packages, on the market.
We initially looked at using the industry "standard", namely Sage, but felt that it didn't give us quite what we were looking for.
As nearly 80% of the products we manufacture are exported, mostly into Europe, we find the Intrastat and EC statistical data modules within Encore particularly useful.
We have no hesitation in recommending Encore to any organisation looking for a flexible, user-friendly software package.
