I am writing in reply your letter of 23rd January 2005. We very happy both with the software and the service that you provide and will gladly allow you to attribute the following to us.
We have been using Anagram Systems software since 1989. During 2003 we had no hesitation in deciding to remain with Anagram and successfully upgraded our IASV system to Encore.
We had a lot of help and support in both testing and implementing the new system and had several bespoke modifications made (including the importing of data from a separate software package) which work perfectly and were very reasonably priced.
Our new Encore system has given us many valuable features. The BACS payment module is much improved and now very good. The printing options are a boon to us - the ability to print to an Excel file has proved very beneficial. The excellent contacts section in the purchase ledger enables the system to send automatically all of our remittance advices by email, saving us time and postal costs. The word interface has helped to improve our credit control administration and allows everyone to view a complete history of customer contract.
Anagram is a small company that provides and excellent software package backed up with a high level of customer service, right from the initial discussions through to ongoing software support. I am entirely happy to recommend Anagram Systems to anyone
