Intrastats

For customers who trade with EU companies this module enables the data to be recorded for the INTRASTAT Supplementary Declaration to be printed. Its features include:

• Commodity Code, weight plus supplementary units (if applicable) can be recorded in the product record
• Transport Mode, Terms of Delivery and Nature of Transaction can be recorded for both Imports and Exports
• The relevant buying and selling transactions e.g. receipt of goods for purchase orders and confirm despatch for sales orders, automatically create the INTRASTAT records for including in the Supplementary Declaration
• INTRASTAT Supplementary Declaration can be submitted electronically optionally including EC Sales list figures.
