Customising Encore

Encore can be personalised in a variety of ways, from aesthetic changes to modifications which affect the way data is handled and displayed.

Personalised Menus

With different responsibilities and needs, each member of a business team will use Encore in a different way. To speed up access to the data each user needs, Encore allows menus to be personalised by any member.

These custom menus affect the way the user navigates around Encore, and can be adjusted at any time. Every user can use their own menu layouts, as well as personalised colour schemes.

Custom printable layouts

When preparing any data to be printed from Encore, the user can create custom layouts. These can be saved for later use, edited later, and copied in order to quickly create new layouts.

Custom layouts can be applied to reports, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, labels and more.

Personalised views

When searching with Encore, results appear as grids containing various fields such as reference, name, and so on. The standard view is the Dynamic view, but personalised views can be quickly created and saved.

By creating personalised views, users control what information is shown in the results window, and in what order. From the results window, dril-down into any of the information to quickly reveal more detail.

A views can be activated when searching via a drop-down box.
