Approvals

Allows you to keep track of goods sent to customers 'on approval':

Approval transaction transfers stock to a special location so that it cannot be sold to another customer but is still included for stock valuation
Printed Approval Note to go with the goods
On-approval stock can be either invoiced or returned to normal stock
Outstanding approvals report keeps track of goods still on approval
Customer enquiry transaction shows goods on approval (with the customer)
Product enquiry transaction shows goods on approval
